Degree Progress
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) refers to the policies that require students to meet certain standards to be eligible to continue enrollment and receive financial aid.

Readmission
Any Undergraduate and Agricultural Institute student who fails to enroll for any Fall or Spring Semester will need to apply for readmission to continue their degree program.

Grading, Transcripts and Dean’s List

Grading
Whether you’re auditing, taking courses for a letter grade or enrolling on a pass/fail basis, the following grading resources offer general information on what’s required and how to measure your success. You can also access graduation lists or check to see if you made it on the Dean’s List.
Transcripts
A transcript is a complete copy of the student’s academic record at the time that it is issued. It contains all course work, including undergraduate, graduate and/or non-degree, taken while enrolled at NC State University.
Dean’s List
If you qualified for the Dean’s List, your achievement will be noted on your unofficial transcript, directly under each semester’s entry.
Graduation List
Graduates can see their degree notation, when it posts, on the bottom of their unofficial transcript.
