Grading, Transcripts, and Dean’s and Graduation Lists
Know where you stand. Chart your progress. Enjoy your achievements. The Student Services Center can help you track your current academic status, plan your future GPA and share your grades through a transcript.
Whether you’re auditing, taking courses for a letter grade or enrolling on a pass/fail basis, the following grading resources offer general information on what’s required and how to measure your success. You can also access graduation lists or check to see if you made it on the Dean’s List.
A transcript is a complete copy of the student’s academic record at the time that it is issued. It contains all course work, including undergraduate, graduate and/or non-degree, taken while enrolled at NC State University.
If you qualified for the Dean’s List, your achievement will be noted on your unofficial transcript, directly under each semester’s entry.
Graduates can see their degree notation, when it posts, on the bottom of their unofficial transcript.
