Diplomas
All diplomas are 11 inches by 14 inches except for those students graduating from the Agricultural Institute.
Agricultural Institute diplomas earned prior to Fall 2020 may select a diploma size of 8.5×11 or 11×14. Frames are available for purchase through Wolfpack Outfitters.
Diploma Distribution
Students with a Judicial Hold set by the Office of Student Conduct or a Financial Hold set by the Cashier’s Office will not receive their diploma until the hold is released. It is the student’s responsibility to email our graduation coordinators about account clearance.
Students graduating with a co-major will receive one diploma, as they are earning a single degree. Both the major and co-major are officially recognized and listed on the diploma and transcript. Separate diplomas are not issued for co-majors.
Fall (December) Graduates
Final clearance for candidates other than Doctoral is early January. All diplomas will be mailed to the address the student listed as their “Diploma or Home/Mailing address” in their MyPack Portal by early February.
Spring (May) Graduates
Final clearance for candidates other than Doctoral is early June. All diplomas will be mailed to the address the student listed as their “Diploma or Home/Mailing address” in their MyPack Portal by early July.
Summer Session I Graduates
Final clearance for candidates is late July, and diplomas will be mailed to the address the student listed as their “Diploma or Home/Mailing address” in their MyPack Portal by late August.
Summer Session II Graduates
Final clearance for candidates is early September, and diplomas will be mailed to the address the student listed as their “Diploma or Home/Mailing address” in their MyPack Portal by early October.
