Request a Replacement Check

You may wish to request a replacement check if you:

• Signed up for Direct Deposit and subsequently closed or changed your checking account and failed to notify the Cashier’s Office.
• Acquired a refund check from the Cashier’s Office and subsequently lost, damaged or destroyed the check.

Follow these steps to process a replacement check:

1. Sign an Affidavit and have it notarized.
2. Wait 24 hours for the bank to process a “stop payment” on the original check. Wait three additional days for the Cashier’s Office to process a replacement check after receiving your signed and notarized Affidavit.
