Billing Calendar
Students must pay all prior term charges by the billing due date listed in the calendar below, or their schedule will be subject to cancellation.
Financial aid cannot be used to pay prior term or past due charges. Failure to pay past due charges will result in late penalty and interest fees, and will block future registration and diploma releases.

Due Date Responsibility
You must have full payment, approved and accepted financial aid, sponsorship, or monthly payment plan (Fall and Spring only) by the due date or your schedule may be canceled.
Late Registration
Late registration for Spring starts on November 26, 2024 and ends January 17, 2025. The late registration fee is $100.00. The “late, late” registration period begins on January 18, 2025. The “late, late” registration fee is $250.00.
Late registration for Summer I starts on April 17, 2025 and ends May 16, 2025. The late registration fee is $35.00. The “late, late” registration period begins on May 17, 2025. The “late, late” registration fee is $100.00.
Late registration for Summer II starts on May 27, 2025 and ends June 25, 2025. The late registration fee is $35.00. The “late, late” registration period begins on June 26, 2025. The “late, late” registration fee is $100.00.
Late registration for Fall starts on July 16, 2025 and ends August 29, 2025. The late registration fee is $100.00. The “late, late” registration period begins on August 30, 2025. The “late, late” registration fee is $250.00.
