Online and Distance Education (DE) tuition charges are based on the student’s academic program and registration. Tuition and fees are charged at the beginning of the semester and will not be refunded in the event some or all of the instructional format changes for any part of the academic year or summer session.

Degree Seeking On Campus Student (on-campus subplan) takes either all on-campus courses, all Distance Education (DE) courses, or a mixture of on-campus and DE courses are billed on-campus per credit hour tuition and fees with no extra charge for either DE or on-campus credits above full time level (9 credit hours for a Graduate student or 12 credit hours for an Undergraduate student).
Degree Seeking and Certificate Program Students (DE subplan) taking all DE course are billed at DE rate.
Degree Seeking and Certificate Program Students (DE subplan) takes some DE courses and some on campus courses are billed at DE rate (tuition and DE fees) for DE courses and billed On-campus per credit hour tuition and fees for on-campus courses.
Non-Degree Seeking (NDS) Students are billed per credit hour at DE rates for DE Classes and billed at On-campus per credit hour tuition and fees for on-campus courses.

It is the student’s responsibility to review charges on their student account after registration.
