These disclosure requirements are intended to promote transparency and help students and families make informed decisions about higher education.

- North Carolina State University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate, baccalaureate, masters, and doctorate degrees. North Carolina State University also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels. - NC State is committed to excellence in teaching, promoting high levels of student achievement, providing outstanding academic support services, and complying with the law and our own policies and procedures. The University has designated employees and resources to help maintain our professional standards across campus and to provide appropriate responses to our students’ complaints and concerns. The Written Student Complaints webpage provides access to specific reporting tools, which will bring complaints or concerns to the appropriate individual(s) or office(s) for resolution. In addition, students or University employees may report possible noncompliance with respect to a SACSCOC requirement or standard, as noted above, or may report other concerns via hotlines listed on the Compliance and Integrity Program website.

- Codes of Conduct for Educational Loans – The Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid maintains a Code of Conduct for employees involved in the administration of federal and private education loans. This Code is designed to prevent conflicts of interest involving University employees, officers, agents, and other individuals who have responsibilities related to student loan programs. Annual notification of this code is provided to all individuals with responsibilities related to student lending activities. Under this Code, personnel are prohibited from:
- Entering into any revenue-sharing arrangement with a lender.
- Soliciting or accepting gifts from a lender, guarantor, or loan servicer.
- Accepting any fee, payment, or other financial benefit from a lender or an affiliate of a lender in exchange for services related to education loans.
- Receiving offers of funds for private education loans in exchange for providing advantages to a lender.
- Accepting assistance from a lender related to staffing or operating a financial aid office or call center, except as permitted by applicable law.
- Receiving compensation, reimbursement, or anything of value for serving on an advisory board, commission, or group established by a lender, guarantor, or loan servicer, except for reasonable reimbursement of actual expenses as allowed by law.

- Constitution Day
- Constitution Day activities are coordinated annually by the Career Development Center to honor the September 17, 1787 signing of the U.S. Constitution and are held on or near September 17 each year.
- Voter Registration
- NC State encourages all students to participate in local, state, and national elections. As part of our responsibility to promote good citizenship, as well as good scholarship, the University urges all students to register to vote. Students who are not registered to vote are reminded that, to vote in the State of North Carolina, they must register at least 25 days prior to an election.
